The hostel at Stora Segerstad welcomes guests during the summer months of June, July and August when the farm's agricultural students have their summer holidays. Here you can enjoy the surroundings, consisting of forests, lakes, cornfields and flowering pastures. At Stora Segerstad you stay in the manorial wooden villa from the turn of the century. Several rooms have their own shower/toilet. A delicious breakfast buffet is served daily. Guests can also prepare their own breakfast in the large self-catering kitchen.
The farm is active throughout the summer. Anyone who wants to can meet the animals and watch milking and the machines at work. Stables and paddocks are available for overnight horses, as well as rooms for guests with dogs. In the area there is also a kennel where the dog can be left during the day, as well as a training area and an agility course. Stora Segerstad is known for its events that usually attract thousands of visitors, such as the cow turn out to pasture and the Christmas market. There is also a tractor museum.
