Dalenparken

Dalenparken, which is located along the river Nissan, is Gislaved's largest park. The park has become an oasis in central Gislaved, with the Nissan river meandering around it, illuminated walking paths, seating areas, beautiful stone circles and planted beds. You can fish or watch the birds from the large pier. In Dalen there are many green areas, ideal for a picnic. There is also a football field, boules court, outdoor gym and playground.

An educational ‘spacewalk’ starts in Dalen that runs between Gislaved and Mossarp. It guides you through our solar system with the help of various information signs on rocks that symbolise our planets. When you reach the last planet in Mossarp, you have walked a total of four kilometres.
