The kitchen is the heart of Hestraviken and offers delicious food prepared and served with great ambition. Fresh seasonal ingredients, preferably from the area and nature's own pantry. Dishes are based on Swedish tradition and inspired by the Mediterranean diet. The signature desserts receive that little bit extra love and attention.
